Project title
A concise sentence explaining what changed, why it mattered, or what made the project difficult.
Project overview
This project began with a familiar product problem, but the deeper issue turned out to be more systemic. I worked with Product, Engineering, and Research to understand the constraints, define the right scope, and design a path forward.

Outcome
A short description of the most meaningful result.
The original problem was only part of the story
The existing experience created friction because important information entered the journey too late.
Secondary idea
The team initially believed the main issue was happening at this point in the experience. Looking more closely showed that users were actually encountering a broader problem earlier in the journey.
That changed how I approached the work. Instead of redesigning the existing surface in isolation, I mapped the surrounding experience and identified the dependencies that were shaping the problem.

We changed the sequence before changing the interface
Explore a curated collection of our past work, where imagination meets strategy. Each project reflects our drive to deliver thoughtful, effective solutions.
The first direction assumed we could solve the problem by improving the existing flow. Evidence suggested that would only move the friction rather than remove it.
So we changed the sequence of the work. Instead of attempting the full future-state model at once, the team focused on the part of the system where we could learn the most with the least irreversible investment.
That gave us a narrower scope while preserving the longer-term direction.
The important decision wasn’t what to design next. It was what not to build yet.
Integrity, creativity, and empathy shape the way we work. These aren't just words—they’re the foundation of everything we build. We believe in doing great work, building real relationships, and making it easy for you to get the results you’re looking for.
Simplifying the experience changed the hierarchy
After
The revised version reduced visible complexity, strengthened the primary action, and deferred secondary information.
The redesign changed several things at once, so I would not attribute the result to a single UI decision.
The first version carried forward too much of the existing structure. The next iteration removed information that users didn’t need at that moment and made the primary action easier to understand.
Before
More information was visible at once, secondary actions competed with the primary task, and the page required more scanning.
